Cyberpunk 2077 Reaches 1 Million Daily Players After Edgerunners Update And Netflix Show Premiere


Cyberpunk 2077’s player base has exploded with the game’s Edgerunners update and the release of the Netflix animation. The game’s Twitter account announced that more than 1 million people played Cyberpunk 2077 every day this week, including new and returning players.

Alongside this announcement, CD Projekt Red also confirmed that future Cyberpunk 2077 content will not be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game didn’t do well when it launched in December 2020, but has since sold 18 million copies, being a huge success and growing.
